Merger of Orient Express Bank with KAMABANK successfully completed

On May 07, 2010 the Bank of Russia has informed about registration of amendments to the charter of Orient Express Bank concerning a reorganization of OJSC “KAMABANK” in form of merger to OJSC “Orient Express Bank”. Consequently the process was successfully completed.

At present Orient Express Bank is assignee of KAMABANK for all rights and liabilities under agreements in force of both reorganized Banks.
