At the extraordinary meeting shareholders of Orient Express Bank (Russia, Blagoveschensk) has approved the decision on merger with the Bank “Dvizhenie” from Tomsk region, Russia. The authorized capital of Orient Express Bank will amount 556,590,544.36 Roubles (at present it is 535,590,544.36 Roubles).
