Orient Express Bank has successfully met its obligations and paid interest for subordinated loan and LPN.

Accrued interest for subordinated loan in amount of 2,365 thousand US dollars and for LPN in amount of 266,625 thousand rubles was paid in favor of the Paying Agent the Bank of New York in accordance with the terms of the Agreements at the last week of December 2007.
